Mr. Sushil Prakash has been elected as President, World federation Of Rose Societies during 20th Convention at Yokohama.
A large contingent of members attended the 20th Convention of WFRS at Fukuyama,Japan from 18th to 24th May. During the convention Mr. Sushil Prakash,ex President M.P.Rose Society, Bhopal and Treasurer WFRS, was declared unopposed elected President of WFRS, In last 57 years this is the First time that an Indian has been elected to this post.
The Function was also attended by Shri. Shiv Shekhar Shukla, Principal Secretary Tourism ,M.P., Shri Ramkumar, Consulate General of India in Japan, Mr. Vivek Jude, Dy.Director,Tourism,M.P., Mr. Kripal Verma, Tourism M.P. The following members of M.P.Rose Society also attended the convention, Mrs. Dipa Prakash,Mr.Sudeep Prakash, Mrs. Prerna Prakash, Mr. Pulkit Shrivastav, Mr. S.S.Gadre, President M.P.Rose Society, Mr. Shailesh Agrawal, Treasurer , M.P.Rose Society, Mr. Satish Chitwar, Mr. Sudhakar, Mr. D.K.Sharma, Mr. Yousuf Khan, Mrs.Nandita Gadre, Mrs. Arti Agrawal, Mrs.Seema Chitwar, Mrs. Naseem Yousuf & Mrs.Pinki Sharma. The Function was also attended by Mrs. Girija Viraraghavan, Mrs &Mr Dadlani.
